Chris Kim

Chris Kim is the Senior Director, Product Strategy for Talent Optimization and Skills at Workday. In his role, Chris is responsible for the strategy to deliver the solutions, technology platform, and AI that help global organizations drive the future of work and talent management.

Prior to Workday, Chris served in similar roles at the White House and at Google. Chris serves as a member of the Rework America Alliance, the Workforce Information Advisory Council (U.S. Dept. of Labor) and as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy Reserve.

Chris received a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech, MA in International Commerce from Korea University, MS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, and MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
