Lynn Martin

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the intersection of technology and government public sector, Lynn is a seasoned professional renowned for her strategic vision and execution of leadership. Lynn’s illustrious career includes pivotal roles at HP and the government, where she excelled in Contract and Program Management, including Black Belt certifications.

In her more recent endeavors, Lynn has held influential positions at Google and VMware, leading GTM and Growth for both companies. She demonstrated a track record of hyper growth while spearheading transformative initiatives. At VMware, AS VP and GM of Government, Education and Healthcare, Lynn was instrumental in creation of the verticals while catapulting revenue from under $100M to over $1B under 5 years. She successfully established and scaled verticals, solidifying VMware’s presence in these critical regulated sectors. During her tenure as VP and GM of Google Public Sector, Lynn engineered achievements in building an extensive GTM organization. Lynn was able to secure multi-billion dollar contracts within the first 18 months and orchestrating the seamless transition of the workforce into a new formed entity focused solely on Public Sector while delivering hyper growth results.

Currently serving as GVP/GM Government at Workday, Lynn was recruited to pioneer the establishment and expansion of the government sector, while elevating partnerships with governmental entities. Leveraging previous expertise in cloud and saas, services, infrastructure and organization design, Lynn will help guide Workday to delivery to the governmental unique requirements and enable hyper growth in this market.
