Faisal Iqbal

Faisal Iqbal is currently Head of Technology – Federal Partnerships and Programs at Amazon Web Services. He brings more than 20 years of engineering, consulting and project management experience to his role at AWS. He and his team are focused on helping Federal Programs adopt Cloud solutions to increase mission agility, while lowering costs and ensuring security.

Faisal is a regular speaker at key industry events and is a spokesperson for technology initiatives such as Data Center Consolidation, Cloud Adoption, Telework, and Digital Transformation.

Prior to AWS, Faisal supported multiple digital transformation initiatives as Public Sector CTO at Citrix Systems and as an Enterprise Architect at Bechtel Corp.
