As a principal in KPMG’s Human Capital Advisory practice, John Doel specializes in Workforce and HR Transformation, digitizing and modernizing the back office across the entire operating model, including digitizing back office functions through technology-enabled transformation program strategy, planning, and execution. He’s a thought leader within KPMG, and a principle architect of KPMG’s Generative AI Workforce Transformation and Digital Back Office Transformation solutions.

John has 24 years of HR, Finance, and IT transformation experience focused on back office enterprise strategy, operating model optimization and Transformations, and ERP System Implementation projects spanning a broad set of technology platforms, including the Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow enterprise platforms.

Additionally, he brings a breadth of experience in modern transformation principles, including Generative AI, employee experience and design thinking, digital and intelligent process automation, and SaaS enabled technology transformation, in a fully integrated and holistic approach to modernizing across the HR function.

His experience spans the Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Federal and State Government, Industrial Manufacturing, and Healthcare Industries, with a specialization in large-scale global programs for Fortune 100 organizations.
