Josh Lannin

Josh Lannin leads the Productivity Technology product and engineering organization in providing essential capabilities for Workday’s technology platform, including the integration of Generative AI across all Workday experiences. Josh is passionate about delivering innovative technologies that improve how teams work together. In October of 2023, Josh testified before the United States Congress on artificial intelligence (AI) and the future of work, and spoke to the steps Workday is taking to deploy Generative AI to amplify human potential in a responsible manner. Josh has more than 25 years’ experience building large scale products for the enterprise in areas including portal and collaboration technologies. Josh lives with his family in Boulder, Colorado, where they enjoy spending time in the Rocky Mountains.
